How to Maintain My Aligners ?

Our aligners are designed to be highly durable, but proper care is essential to achieve the best results.

  • Wear them as much as possible, ideally 20-22 hours per day.
  • Rinse them under cold water regularly to prevent the buildup of saliva and bacteria.
  • Avoid using hot water, as it can distort the shape and size of the aligners.
  • Clean them with soap, not toothpaste. Toothpaste contains abrasive ingredients that can scratch the surface of the aligners, so always use mild soap to clean them.
  • Avoid soaking them in mouthwash or disinfectants. The color of these solutions can stain your aligners, making them more noticeable and less aesthetically pleasing.
