Policy on Scheduling Appointment

Patients are seen only by prior appointments except in the case of emergencies. You make your appointment by calling us. Both our dental offices have answering system available to take message during after hours. 

Insurance and Financial Policy

Please understand that payment of bill is part of the treatment. Payment of the fees for the treatment during the visit becomes due and required to be paid, unless prior arrangements have been made in advance. We will be happy to assist in completing the insurance form. We require you read our Financial and Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy, agree and sign the agreement.
